About the Partners
Amit Jain – B.Com, FCA, CFA
Amit Jain is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been practicing since 2010. During his years of practice, he has handled various professional assignments in India & abroad including Audits, Taxation, International Taxation, Joint Ventures, Due Diligence, Management Consultancy, succession planning, etc. He is well-versed on management issues. Amit Jain is currently doing practice based on Jaipur and having vast experience of audits. Also deals in Management Assurance Audit, System Audit, Project Audit, Statutory Audit, Fixed Assets and Internal Audits etc. Experience of work with various companies. Also handled Project Audits which includes audit of daily Contracts/Orders and Payments, Monthly MIS, Project Grading and Monthly Audit Reporting etc. Also handling various Bank assignment and Stock audits. He also worked/associates with various chartered accountant firms in Mumbai, Jaipur etc as an associate.
Sonal Jain – B.Com, FCA, CS, ISA
Sonal Jain is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Practicing Chartered Accountancy since 2010. She has handled various professional assignments including Audits, Taxation, Due Diligence, Management Consultancy, etc.
Sonal Jain has the experience of conducting various audits relating to Statutory Audits of Companies and banks, Concurrent audits, Revenue audits and Stock Audits etc. She also deals with Taxation and company matters of various companies and firms. She is having the vast experience of accounting and auditing standard etc.
Ashish Sharma – ACA, B.Com.
Ashish Sharma – ACA, B.Com. is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He started his career in 2011.
Over a decade, he has obtained experience in various fields such as Taxation Laws, Audits, Corporate Finance, RERA compliances.
His core expertise lies in Direct Taxation. He is consultant at several companies in real estate sector.
